The engagement required replacing a failing n8n setup and building a cohesive, end-to-end automation infrastructure capable of operating at media company scale.

The Problem

We integrated a custom parser directly into Gmail. Whenever a new inquiry arrives, the system automatically scrapes the sender’s domain and enriches the lead with live company data including employee count, recent funding, and annual revenue. Noise is filtered automatically, while high-value partnership opportunities are surfaced in a clean dashboard, allowing Taryn to focus only on qualified opportunities instead of processing every inbound email manually.

2. Multi-Modal Content Input Engine

We built a dynamic interface supporting three input types: a short idea, a rough draft, or a URL such as an Instagram Reel or TechCrunch article. Internally, we defined her editorial style as “Optimistic Velocity.” Claude applies this framework by sharpening hooks using proven viral archetypes, improving pacing, reinforcing her conversational tone, standardizing calls to action, and ensuring source attribution remains intact throughout the script. The result is a ready-to-film script that feels authentically written for Taryn while maintaining a high standard of factual accuracy.

4. End-to-End Post-Production Routing

The system formats a complete production package containing a viral title, finalized script, source references, and editor notes before automatically pushing everything into ClickUp. Once Taryn uploads raw footage into Google Drive, an automated webhook immediately notifies the editing team, creating a seamless handoff from filming to post-production with no manual coordination required.

The Results
