We established a strict, linear data flow triggered by a PandaDoc webhook. Once a client signs their Business Funding Agreement, the system securely fetches intake data from GoHighLevel. Atomic isolation protocols ensure that Google Sheets and Drive folders are always generated from a clean template, permanently eliminating the data leakage issue that had created direct client-facing liability.

2. AI-Powered Banking Risk Assessment

We integrated a custom AI workflow via OpenRouter that ingests the client's raw business description and rewrites it into a professional, bank-compliant format.
