Ante Digital bypassed standard AI wrapper tools and built a multi-modal WhatsApp assistant tightly integrated with Close.com, Twilio, Google Workspace, and Cal.com.
1. Autonomous Lead Qualification & Scheduling
We built a sophisticated AI agent via the Twilio WhatsApp API that engages inbound inquiries around the clock. The system scores leads based on budget, timing, and financing readiness, then automatically dispatches Cal.com booking links to qualified prospects to lock in property viewings. No manual involvement from the broker is required at any stage of the qualification process.
2. AI Voice Cloning Campaigns
We integrated ElevenLabs' text-to-speech technology to maintain the high-touch, personalized feel required in Dubai's luxury market. The system reads a Google Sheet of pending leads and generates personalized audio messages in Aidan's exact voice, addressing prospects by name and referencing specific property addresses, then dispatches them automatically via WhatsApp.
3. Automated Inventory & Document Dispatch
We connected the AI directly to a live Google Sheets property inventory and a structured Google Drive folder system. The assistant answers stock inquiries in real time, looks up available units, and automatically dispatches the correct brochures and floor plans to leads on demand. No manual retrieval or file handling is required.
4. Call Transcription & CRM Syncing
We built a background workflow using OpenAI Whisper that triggers when call recordings are dropped into a designated folder. The system automatically transcribes the call, generates a structured AI summary capturing budget mentioned, properties discussed, and agreed next steps, then logs it directly into the correct lead profile in Close.com.
